Spring Hill Well Drilling and Joel's Well Drilling and Pump Repair

Luckily when I went outside at 6:00 in the morning to turn off the breaker from the pump, I found the company's sticker that installed my well and pump. It was the manufactured home dealer that hired them so I didn't know who it was. I'm so grateful that I called and spoke to Danielle who talked me down from the ledge lol I had no water because the pipes froze. She was on the phone with me and then she had me send pictures. She gave me wonderful directions and circled everything on what I need to do and was very kind especially being bombarded with calls! Customer service is the most important thing a business can offer their customers and most companies do not have good customer service in this day and age. It is so refreshing to find a company that actually has excellent customer service

Your guys were super! I can't believe they didn't have to go very deep to find water and the whole operation went very smoothly. They managed to get their vehicles up and down our brick driveway with no problems. We should have done this years ago! Thank you!

Yesterday I woke up and my water coming from my sink was brown and stinky. In a panic I called around to try and get someone out right away. I called and spoke with Danielle and she was amazing. She got someone to my house within just a few hours, gave me multiple options for repairs and had honest pricing. They were able to fix my water same day. I would highly recommend this company over and over again.

Very communicative about arrival time and showed up as stated. Greg was very personable. He assessed my situation and gave me my options. He also tested out my irrigation to show what was working and what I need to get fixed. He cleaned up the area and left it as he found it. Definitely will call if I have any future needs.

I have used Joel's well for 20 years, so when my well started having problems I naturally called him. Then....Spring Hill well shows up. They replaced the foot valve and piping to the foot valve. Then they could not get the pump to prime & told us we need new pump. Quoted us $1800+ for new submersible pump. I know enough about wells to understand that if your pump has no power to it, and the water being put in is going right back down in the well, then there is a vacuum problem in the line! We called another company, they came out, pulled the piping up & immediately found 2 holes in the piping. He took pics and sent to me so I could discuss with Spring Hill well. They had replaced all but the last few feet of the old piping! We called Spring Hill well to discuss with owner. She claimed tha
