When I pay someone money to do a job I don't expect to get insulted. Job was done adequately, it was done as if I rented the equipment and watched some youtube videos on how to do it, and then did it myself, only much more expensive. If you don't want them using your tools, don't leave them where they can access them.
Excellent job. I contacted them, he came out the following day, 2 days later my tree was down. Great job with cleaning up all the twigs and branches.
