I called this company 5 times (every hour on the hour) regarding an emergency delivery. (My fault for letting it run low, I will admit) Every time they took my information and said that they would get back to me “shortly”. After 4 calls (and 4 hours of waiting on a return call), I asked to be patched through to the office to speak to someone as I was frustrated with asking for an emergency delivery multiple times and no one seeming to have a sense of urgency or no one available to take calls for this type of situation. I was told “someone will call you when they’re available” and was hung up on. Do not advertise an emergency delivery service unless you are actually willing to help people in a timely manner.

I don't know why all the negativity? I have had nothing but professional service from them for going on two years. My tank is very old and you need to go slow. They have always respected that. The lady I've spoken to at the office is very nice. I made an error online and she helped me fix it. The people that fill my tank are respectful of my property and nice. As a retired business owner I like the sassy response. Some people are jerks. You have some idiot leaving a comment with no personal interaction. BTW you can request Google to remove that. Give these nice people a break!

Customer service rep, Stephen, hung up on me twice. Do not use this company So I called to schedule a oil delivery. After scheduling and delivery for today, I called back after realizing no one could be there to meet the driver. A man named Steve picked up the phone. He was rude, dismissive, it wouldn't explain why we couldn't schedule it for a further time out he ended up hanging up on me I called back and spoke to a woman who was very nice to deal with but when I told her about it Steve picked up the phone and told me to never call here again and hung up. No one should be treated like that.

Literally a god send...drops off oil if paid over the phone. They come everytime and leave a detailed receipt in mailbox. They've been servicing my families home for years. Highly recommend, they can also reset a furnace if needed 💛

Worst place ever. Had them fill as a first time customer. They agreed and said they would be there at a random time either Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (couldn’t even provide a proper time frame). During my call I asked the mode of payment and they said credit/debit upon arrival or at the main store. They have multiple addresses listed that are incorrect and couldn’t even find this place. They come Thursday, stay for 5 minutes and leave saying they only take cash. Call again and they say they will come the next day. Nobody shows up the next day. Customer service woman was extremely RUDE and very unprofessional. She says “my manager told me to tell ya we ain’t servicing your house.” She couldn’t even provide a proper reason as to why. 0/0 professional and customer service. There are way bet
