Memorial Day weekend and our AC wasn't working properly. We had one company out who told us our unit "was shot" and we needed a new AC to the tune of $11,000. Mark came out that same day and said he didn't see anything wrong with the fan and we needed some refrigerant. He charged the AC and it's working great. He was honest and trust worthy and has earned himself a life long customer. Thanks Mark for giving up part of your Saturday afternoon to help my family be comfortable.
