Patriot's poor workmanship destroyed my House! Patriot tech, Gary, did not reconnect the condensation drain pipe that connects to the HVAC unit in the attic, or reinstall the HVAC cover plates, causing water accumulation in my attic which caused the collapse of the ceiling of my home (repair cost $490). The coil cleaning was billed for $435. Upon further investigation the Duct Cleaning that we were billed for ($595) was not done. Work was done in April 2018 in june 2018 the ceiling came down due to the water condensation. Here it is August 2018, and after numerous communications via phone and email, Patriot still has not been out to finish cleaning the ducts. Now filing a dispute through my credit card to try to get my money back. Wonder how many other people who PAID this company
