This was the first time the wife and I used Springfield Plumbing and we were truly impressed. Everything we read from other reviewers is true. They are master plumber and pipe fitter specialists! We needed to have a natural gas line and loft burner installed in our fireplace and knew up front it would be a challenge since our fireplace is so small. Ben and Chris did an excellent job and were a capable team. Like other reviewers mentioned they did the work for us in a timely manner and went above and beyond what we expected. Their bid for the installation was likewise quite a bit lower in cost what other plumbing companies bid for the work. I had Springfield plumbing install a new water heater about a year and a half ago and was satisfied with their work, so when I needed a leaky faucet replaced, I turned to them again. The handy plumber, David, was the one who came to save the day. He was super professional, kind, quick and did a fabulous job. He went above and beyond to make sure we got quality service.
