Nine years ago, Sprinkalawn installed a sprinkler system to keep our new Zoysia sod looking good. Just recently we added more sod and had Sprinkalawn back to easily install more heads and connect them to our existing system. From the time I made the call for an estimate, to the time the job was finished was under two weeks. The crew that came out did a wonderful job, testing the new sprinkler heads to make sure that everything was working correctly. They even repaired a broken pipe while they were here. A couple of days later, I needed to reset the timer & someone came out to show me how to do it. If you need any sprinkler systems installed, I highly recommend this company to do your work. Looking for a sprinkler company to come replace our ailing four-zone control box was exponentially more complicated than you would have ever thought. I called three different companies, and each had a high minimum service fee, and none offered a non-smart control box, as "they don't sell those anymore." You need a sprinkler system to turn on and off at a desired time; why do we need an internet connection for this? I'm so glad the last call I made was to Sprinkalawn, as the office staff confidently stated they could be out the same day and, most importantly, shared the magical words, "yes, we offer a non-Wifi control box." I decided to have a irrigation system installed this summer. I called several companies including Sprinkalawn. Greg the owner came out and walk me through the details of what he would do and how he would set it up. He also provided detailed information on the exact components he would use. I got several other estimates but neither were as thorough or as detailed. Greg was very patient and walk through some changes to the design and then the team move forward with the install. Working with Judy was amazing she was very flexible and promptly communicated everything that was going to happen. They just installed an irrigation system at my backyard and did a flawless job. Great sales and customer service to come up with a clear quote and proposal on what I needed for the yard, which was then executed on time and without any surprises. Once the work was completed, they came and shared all the paperwork and help me understanding the App to manage the system remotely.
