beware! if their was a option for a 0 star i would select 0! i brought back a sprinkler head that i purchase @ there store over a month ago to see the issue that i was experiencing . i' am a regular customer ,i do buy parts for my home & my parents home, and also my sprinkler service guy also buys from there store. what happen was the worse experience that i ever had with a store owner name Christine. first, she explain how the sprinkler head is operated in a mean matter, it was like she was very disturb! has she was roughly explaining to me when i did come out and mention to her where i didn't want the water to go and she just cut me off in a yelling tone. that was unprofessional & cruel. you don't treat any customer that way - especially a brick & motor store that depends on custome

I can’t say enough good things about this place! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with outstanding customer service. The owners truly care about their customers and go above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you need. Whether you're a homeowner or a contractor, they take the time to answer every question and offer helpful advice. On top of that, their pricing is incredibly fair—better than anything I’ve found elsewhere. It’s rare to find a store where you feel so taken care of. Highly recommend!

Great experience multiple times. The gal behind the counter was super helpful, patient and able to explain the exact parts I needed for the sprinkler job I was doing. So much better going here opposed to dropping big money on a service call for another company to come out. Highly recommend!

Called for a price on Rain bird part. was quoted $10.00, drove 10 miles once I arrived he told me is $15.00. I said you told me $10.00. Then he said you want the part or not, I said not for $15.00 he throws out the part in the shelving. I left without the part. If he made a mistake he could have called me back. Not even have the courtesy to say l’am sorry.

Best customer service I've seen in a long time from any business. Their knowledge of irrigation and sprinkler systems at it's best. They seem to be able to come up with a plan or a solution for any layout. They have an extensive inventory of irrigation and sprinkler supplies from controllers to hose to heads one stop shopping I can't say enough about this place.Thanks for helping to keep our lake home Beautiful.
