Sprinkler Doctor

When they show up... this company is fantastic, but therein lies the problem. I've had these blue flags all throughout my yard indicating which sprinkler heads need to be replaced for 6 weeks now. Multiple times I've been told they're coming back this day and then that day to finish the job and yet here we are at the end of May and nothing has happened. I have delayed my mulch installation because the majority of the sprinkler heads that need to be replaced are the drip ones in the flower beds. Their most recent estimate is that it's going to be another two weeks before they're able to get out here. So a total of two months from opening my system to finishing the job. Completely unacceptable.

Had a broken pipe on our sprinkler system. Jack arrived in about 30 minutes, identified the issue and had it fixed in about 90 minutes at a very reasonable price. He left the area he had to dig up looking like it had never been disturbed. Couldn't have been happier.

We had a problem with water still running in some of our zones even though the sprinkler system was off. I contacted four different sprinkler companies to see if they could help. One company said they couldn't come out for a month. Another wanted to charge me $200 to come out. A third didn't respond. But Jack from Sprinkler Doctor reached out and advised he couldn't come out right away, but he thought it might be an open solenoid or bleeder screw, if I wanted to try "fixing" it myself. He was spot on, and I was able to fix it, which saved us a lot of money. We had a leak coming from somewhere in the main water box after turning on the sprinklers this spring and I needed help. Sean was able to come out and determined the issue was coming from underground. I was braced for a thousand dollars + hours of repair but it turned out to be a simple adjustment. I would never have known if he'd gone ahead and just replaced the whole system anyway. Deeply indebted by Sean's professionalism and honesty.
