Dishonest and greedy pricing models. My lawn mow guy cut one of my sprinkler lines, so I had sprinkler master come out to fix it. Since they were coming out, I had them take a look at couple sprinkler heads that weren't looking right to save some money on the service call. Turns out they considered it "2 jobs" anyway since I was getting reimbursed for the cut sprinkler line and I was charged two service fees and two labor hours, even though they weren't there 2 hours. I tried to reach out and give them a chance to make things right, and instead of a refund on the double charged service fee, Jeremy offered me $35 off winterization this year with the total cost coming to $85! I was told that it was a thirty five dollar fee to come out and bid repairs on my irrigation line at 83.00 an hour charge for repair . When they came they couldn't repair it until later and the rate 165.00 an hour instead of the 83.00. Not great start . Found someone that came right out repair done the same time at half the cost.

Had already put his compressor away for the winter but gave me some good insight to try and find someone who could still blowout my sprinklers.
