Sprinkler Repair Inc. "Nightmare" Met with Tech - Gave him Survey and showed him well defined property boundaries. Discussed Landscape plans. First Day - Walked property and confirmed layout East Side - He flagged areas that would not work. Argued till he corrected. Two hours later realized he trenched neighbors yard. Argued till JJ came out - they corrected. West Side - He flagged areas in neighbors yard argued that he had to move them into my yard. Came back only to discover he trenched my neighbors yard 3-4 feet on his property, nearly 200 feet long. Argued and demanded he move it into my property and demanded he have his supervisor show up. Called office and told her we have issues and need JJ to call - No reply I was charged for reconfiguring my well to supply more volume - ins

I almost did not want to use this company because of the bad reviews, but I had to write a review after my experience. I called this company yesterday and got an appointment for early this morning around 830am. I received 2 calls since I was still sleeping, but they arrived at 8:15AM. We walked the perimeter and tested all 11 sprinkler zones to identify the problem areas. I had built a basketball court, fence, and patio, so I had issues all over the place. After about an hour of assessing, I was quoted a very fair price for a 4 plus hour job. The guys adjusted some of my sprinkler heads as we walked the yard. If I had decided not to work with them I would have gotten some free adjustments out of the experience. We agreed on a price and they worked for about 4 hours. My sprinklers

Called in April to make a service appointment, waited 2 weeks for the first available appointment which was fine, but then they no call no showed. I called back to reschedule and was told, incredibly rudely by their customer service, that it would be another 2 weeks and that people had been waiting for their appointments. The irony! Wish I could review the service, but I never received it. I will review their customer service tho: ZERO STARS! Incredibly rude to raise your voice at a potential customer that your company screwed over. I’m not the one who didn’t show up to the service appointment. Get someone new to answer your phones.

I was a bit apprehensive to use them based on reviews, but I guess I got lucky. Their call center was professional and responsive. Their tech arrived on time as scheduled and delivered top notch service and the price was phenomenal! They fixed four sprinkler heads and added one new line in less then two hours. And the best part was that I paid half of what I thought the bill would be! I would highly recommend them and they have a customer for life!

I called this company out to evaluate my sprinklers and make sure the coverage was good and to replace a few heads. I was told by the lady who booked my appointment that I would get a written estimate before any work was done and this would be at no cost to me. The 3 technicians they sent to my house were very friendly and pleasant. The control until wasn't working properly so the technician said he would replace it first and then evaluate the rest. I looked up the price online to see how much I could purchase this control unit for and I found it from $79.99-$101.95. It took the guy less than 30 minutes to install, and then the evaluation of my sprinkler system came. We walked around and he talked about coverage here and there.
