I've had a couple of different jobs that Chris and Sprinkler Smart were able to tackle with great results. But the last job involved moving a hose bib about 10' to another location AND IT LEAKS. I've left several emails, texts, and tried to phone but not accepting phone calls. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Very pleased with the service Chris provided! We made arrangements through a few text messages yesterday for him to come this morning at 8 am. He was running a little behind, but he had the courtesy to text me and let me know, before the time he was expected. Very polite and comments like “I’m sorry, this happened to you” were appreciated!

I had a great experience with Chris. It’s been a while but thought I should write a review because my experience was so different from the negative one. I live in Palo Cedro. Chris came out to look at my 1 acre lot full of broken sprinklers. I had just mover here so it was a mess. Cris was on time, knowledgeable courteous, and fair. He replaced 1 of our timers and a bunch of our sprinkler heads. I was very happy with his work.
