Service was so bad I left with out making an in person purchase. I made one call to Beehive Stone and Brick, was able to have a conversation and spent $2K over the phone! Why? I was greeted with stares by a team still waking up. When I was addressed it was like it was an inconvenience to help since i had questions. They didnt know the belgard product line they sell. I asked for pricing on two different styles. I got pricing for one with no additional information offered. It was one of the most static conversations i had all day.

To say the prices are shocking here is an understatement. My paver installer Went to buy some paver led lights. They quoted me $75 for a 6 inch paver light. I needed 20 of them so it would have been $1500 at Sprinkler supply. I looked on Amazon and I found the same lights for $7 each so 20 of them would be $140 not $1500. Making a profit is fine but these prices are literally highway robbery. I would not trust to buy anything from these guys ever as they are literally 10 times more expensive as they should be.

Today i was helped by Brandon the store manager with putting together a drip system. Ten stars +++ would be be my rating for his knowledge, patience , his professionalism and extended effort in helping me What an outstanding store manager and store. I could not have figured it out without him. Other customers seemed to be getting great service as well. This is my third time here. Brandon, the store manager, is unbelievably helpful and willing to go out of his way to treat you like a valued customer. He did some things for free just to help us out in diagnosing and was just incredibly helpful. I came in today and the staff helped me take a pipe apart because I didn't have the right tool to do it. Just seems like everyone is positive and working together. Great to know I have this place close to my home!

Their employee on the accounting team told me they needed me to fill out an application to purchase materials for them for my business. She assured me it was a soft credit pull which means it doesn’t show up on my credit score. She was wrong they did a hard inquiry and it left a mark against my credit. The worst part is they didn’t approve my application or return my calls when I tried to get an update. I don’t understand how you treat a potential customer this poorly. My business would purchase over $750k a year from them. I guess they don’t care.
