I can honestly say I had a really good experiance. Needed to build a manifold and JDG (initials on the sales ticket) was most helpful. He Showed me everything I needed and gave me a few options. Wish I would have gone there first instead of trying to figure it out at home deopt. 👍

Very unimpressed by their customer service. Their equipment is fine and they are basically the only game in town, but the two occasions I came in, they were condescending and cold. I 100% won't be coming in again, nor will friends and family in the area. They messed up my order by giving me a bunch of the wrong parts for my custom system. (Hence why I had to come in a second time) When I came to talk with them about their error, no apology.. just a "it happens". A handful of their parts were defective.. obviously no fault of the company, but when it came to returning them, I had 1 that had primer on it since I was planning to fit it on my pipes, but it turned out it was too tight to fit because of the defective part. They wouldn't allow me to return the part because of the primer.

Found what I needed, they were pretty helpful. I’d go back. After going here I have pointed others to this place for valve parts like I needed.

I brought in a blueprint for a new system and thought they would be able to answer some questions and provide feedback. The staff did not have any knowledge ( at least they didn't share any with me). We priced everything out and I left. It felt like I was an annoyance. Way overpriced vs competitors, and the unhelpful staff just topped off a horrible experience. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Great selection for sure. Not sure about prices. Worst thing is the attitude of the people that work there. It borders from rude (was I really putting you out to help me) to indifference (let's just get you rung up and out of here so I can sit here and do nothing). My wife didn't believe my experience there until she went with me the next time. She was amazed at how unfriendly the employees were. I will return, only because they usually have what I need. If they didn't I would not go near that place. I don't need to feel like I'm putting people out by actually buying stuff. If I was managing, several of those guys would be looking for work.
