Sprouse Windows & Doors

We bought 69 windows for a large Victorian . Shortly after install , we noticed a purple hue on many . As others reported…. This crazy company turned the window panes inside out leaving the windows faulty and without proper gas insulation. While offering to only replace the glass….we too were left with paying thousands for repair. The company has horrible customer service and their warranty is useless. It took several calls and reorders to get them to send what they were supposed to. Do not buy. They are pretty to look at … if you like your panes with a rainbow hue

I have had 6 double hung windows installed. I picked them as they were the cheaper option. I happen to love them and actually getting my last three installed tomorrow. It does help that Supreme Windows and glass in South Euclid Ohio Marc and Joe has been very nice and helpful and their installer is top notch. I don't think they are cheap at all and I love the look

The house has been freezing from day one when we had 14 of these horrendous windows installed. Ronnie Jenkins III was the installer and I repeatedly told them in emails and calls that things were wrong . I don't even believe they have the argon gas I paid for. Their crew came back many times, redoing caulking and various manipulations and then refused to replace them. They arrived with three broken screens which were repaired. The bedroom window was so wrong that they finally just replaced it with something they happen to have on the truck. They did not respond to the better business bureau email that was sent. I insisted that they talk to Sprouse and there representative came and said everything was fine. I continued to send send all the documentation to Sprouse, who has refused to help.

Buyers beware! I purchased Sprouse windows for a house I am building right now. The windows came in and everything seemed fine. A few weeks after they were installed, my wife noticed that 4 of the windows had a yellow tint to them. We reported the problem and we were told that Sprouse would send somebody up to look at them. They did come to look at them but they insist there is nothing wrong with the windows and won't fix them for us. The windows absolutely have a yellow tint as you can see in my picture so you can decide for yourself. I can take a pic in every type of light and the yellow will show up every time. It has now been a little over a year since the windows were installed and now one of the triangle windows has water in the middle of the window. I was told this will cost $750 to

A local contractor installed 15 of these windows into my 100+ year old story and a half. They are clear and function beautifully, and made a huge difference inside & out. I had other quotes that were 30% to 40% of my home's value, which did not make sense. The cost to have these installed were about 13% of my home's value and made perfect sense.
