Great experience. The technician arrived quickly, was extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without rushing. He explained what was going on in a way that actually made sense and made sure I understood the next steps. We’re currently waiting on parts to be ordered to complete the repair, but I feel confident the issue was diagnosed correctly. Professional, honest, and efficient service. Highly recommend.

I want to be clear that this review of 1 star is for SPS, not of Josue M who was amazing and helped me restore heat to my home. I hope Josh is recognized for receiving 5 stars, very professional and very thorough- even took the time to clean up after. I was sold a Bosch system that has failed twice in the first 6 months. The first failure was a technician installation error due to lack of proper training which required the entire system to be replaced during the hottest weeks in July. The second issue was this week, the coldest week of the year, and the HSI wire that ignites the furnace failed. The system is 6 months old and the heat has only been running since November 2025. When i called the emergency line 4 different times, i was told i would receive a call back in 30 minutes but never

Joe was great! Helpful, seemed knowledgeable, clean, fast and courteous! Came out in the rain before the storm! Hopefully dont need emergency services any time soon but i will absolutely request him again!

I was pleased with the service that was provided.Teza was pleasant to talk to over the phone,in handling my information.The first person came out and discovered the problem,and ordered the party.The part came in the day he said it would.The second person came out and installed the part within an hour. Both staff workers were professional and pleasant.Both came within the time frame said. I would recommend their service.

Frank came out on an emergency call for my home’s tankless water heater and truly saved our weekend. He was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. So grateful for his help. Five stars!
