After visiting more than 15 Tile Stores comparing quality, prices and designs. I came into this store and Miguel showed me a great collection of the highest quality Spanish porcelain tiles at a great price so I decided to purchase tiles for my floors and an accent entertainment center wall. Delivery was fast. My contractors failed to estimate the correct sqft needed for the tiles so we ran short. I called Miguel and he went above and beyond to get me the extra boxes of tiles I needed with the same batch number on the same day!! Then I decided to expand the accent wall to cover a pilar next to my kitchen and add a backsplash so I needed even more tiles AGAIN and Miguel was very accommodative and managed to get me those extra boxes on the same day! Let me just say, I'm EXTREMELY picky and indecisive when I need to make decisions. I had visited over 20 tile stores looking for the perfect tile. I came into SQFT Solutions with my husband and Miguel expertly helped us pick the perfect combination of tiles in less than an HOUR. We were so shocked and happy that the process of picking was finally over. A few months later, we began the installation process and discovered some issues with the layout of the bathroom which required a slight change in the tile placement. We needed more tile. Despite the tile not being immediately available, Miguel worked hours on end to make sure that he could find us our missing tiles no matter what. Thankfully he made the impossible, possible and our bathroom will look perfect because of him and his efforts.

The only reason I'm giving them 1 * is simply because you can't return any leftover tiles, not even if you didn't open the box, NOTHING. They don't even offer a restocking fee. Choose wisely & have accurate measurements, forget about purchasing extra just in case, NOT in this store.

My husband and I bought a grey limestone floor in January for our bathrooms and they didn’t advise us of the properties of the floor. They didn’t worn us on how uneven the color would be. We installed them and now we can see every drop of water on the floor, every dust particle and it looks horrible. Color doesn’t match on all the floor pieces. We called them and the owner didn’t have any solution for us and didn’t want to help us. We paid 7$/square foot and this floor cost us a lot. We will probably need to replace it. We called a floor specialist who told us it is the worst floor for a bathroom. This company should have told about the properties of this floor before we bought it. Very disappointed.
