Kevin was a consummate professional, knowledgeable, thorough and answered all of my questions about the property. He gave extra insight in to things related to the property an was early for the home inspection so we didn't have to wait. Kevin also got us the report within 8hrs after a Saturday home inspection. The report is a 57 page document with lots of pictures and notes highlighting everything. I wasn't pushing for such a fast service, but Kevin was a professional. Very easy to talk to considering our naivety with things related to house. He gave us a few good suggestions also. He was able to also book us in with short notice which was a bonus. He came recommended from our realtor and I'd use and recommend Kevin again! Cheers!

Very happy with our inspection! Kevin was responsive and flexible, he managed to do the inspection within a day of calling because we were on a time crunch. He is very detail-oriented! He thoroughly inspected all aspects of the house, clearly explaining everything he was looking at, the levels of urgency regarding his findings, as well as vocalizing what he saw would need to be repaired and maintained down-the-line. His report was so nicely put together and sent super quick, within the same day of the inspection! It was very informative with clear images to depict issues he came across, as well as reassuring info and images demonstrating satisfactory updates and repairs that were already made that we did not need to worry about.
