Kyle was very helpful and did a great job! We had our dryer vent cleaned a few months after having the dryer moved a short distance to a new location after noticing considerable lint accumulation around the unit! Kyle discovered that the new vent tubing was damaged and taped and then was not connected and secured to the dryer, nor was it connected into the wall adequately! He provided pictures of his findings, which validated what we assumed and spoke volumes about the experience we had with this job!
