Squeaky's ll Window Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning & Pressure Washing

I must preface this review by saying that I was a former business owner. I wish that I would have had even half the commitment, dedication, attention to detail, and hard working attitude that Melissa does! Her and her employees arrived the first day and immediately went to work. They worked late into the evening with just my porch lights. Cleaning out my gutters, power washing the gutters, power washing my siding and awnings. Melissa said she would be back on Tuesday and she was. Melissa and her employee went above and beyond cleaning the outside of my home! I told her she didn't have to power wash the deck but she did it anyway because she felt that it needed done and she didn't charge me any extra. My home looks like it's brand new! Melissa and her employees were so kind and professional

Professional and just plain awesome. Melissa is so easy to work with and does an amazing job. She repaired my gutter, cleaned them all out AND pressure washed one side of my house caked with mildew/mold. Such a weight off my shoulders. Can't recommend highly enough!

My longtime gutter cleaner recently retired and so I was searching for a new contractor. I received a prompt and attractive quote from Melissa at Squeaky's II, decided to give them a try, and they came out to do the job a few days later. The job turned out to be a little bigger than expected, but Melissa honored the quote. She and her assistant did an outstanding job, super neat and very thorough. They removed all debris from the gutters, and then further cleaned everything with a blower. They were very pleasant to work with. Very pleased with the work, and I will plan to hire Melissa and her team again.

Missy and her team arrived promptly on time and was always available beforehand to answer any questions. Her responses were immediate. I can not rave enough about the job they did on my gutters. They went over and above my expectations. I purchased my home 1 year ago and was told during the inspection that the gutters had just been done. From the amount of bags of debris they removed there is no way they were done last year. They referred to it as an entire ecosystem living in them. Wasps, snails and anything else you could imagine. She spent a lot of time finding out where the wasp nests were and removing them and spraying. I never expected that. We scheduled our window cleaning for the week of Christmas. We wanted to use a local company and were happy to support a woman owned business. We came home the day that we scheduled our cleaning to find that they showed up but did not clean our windows. When we called to inquire why, we were told it was because we were not at home. They never informed us that someone needed to be presented nor was it on their website. When we were discussing the issue, the owner became angry, screaming that it was our fault that we did not inform them that we would not be home to clean our exterior windows. This was really not the way to treat customers or to conduct a business. Needless to say we will not be using them in the future.
