They provided a fair estimate, explained the entire process, and completed the job on time. The crew was punctual, respectful of my property, and made sure everything was cleaned up afterward. This company lied since they starters doing my roof I wouldn’t recommend them to no one now they want more money, I’m here to talk to them and they are closed I been asking for the file of what they did to my property since they finished I have come multiple times to figure out what is going on, the last time I was here I was told everything was complete I gave them the last payment and now they are calling saying they didn’t get payed and asking for more money not to say they left the roof of my bedroom with leaks spots that they haven’t fixed and had to be fix according to my insurance and know they just want more money. Please stay away from this company.

If I can give this so called company 0 stars I would! Worst company in Las Vegas. Not professional at all they would send random people to my house to do estimates with no proof of who they were and what company they came from. When they finally sent someone the own guy that does the estimates said they can do it for cheap and then charged my insurance double the amount. They were ever on time left a mess on my yard. Had to pick up nails myself so my cars wouldn't get a flat tire. A week after my roof was "done" it got windy and my roof flew off!!!! They showed no proof to the insurance that the work was done so the insurance company canceled my contract leaving me with no insurance!!!!!

I am very satisfied with the entire process. SR Builder handled everything in a timely and professional manner. My roof looks great!
