Over Thanksgiving weekend, our furnace suddenly stopped working. With temperatures around 20°F, we urgently needed help. I called S&R, and within two hours Patrick Henry arrived. Although the furnace required a part he didn’t have on hand, he immediately set up three heaters in our home to keep us warm until he could return the next day. Patrick was polite, caring, and highly professional. The temporary heaters worked perfectly—they were strong, efficient, and kept our home comfortable. The following day, Patrick called ahead, explained the repair and the cost, and returned with Marc. They replaced the faulty part quickly, cleaned up thoroughly, and even the digital payment process was smooth and easy. Mark serviced our furnace. He was very professional & personable. He very explained explained everything he saw and recommended replacing our humidifier filter, which we did. S&R has given us great service on both our furnace and our AC.

Great experience with S&R meeting technician Andrew who was very accommodating, knowledgeable, with good communication and positive attitude. He explained in precise detail the maintenance options and parts requiring replacement, and physically showed the parts that had deteriorated. He was also very knowledgeable discussing various furnace and AC options, along with maintenance on my current furnace/AC units.
