First of all, I'm going to start with the fact that Yasel was super busy and we had to wait for a little over a month for him to even start our bathroom remodel. I mention this because not everyone is willing to hold off that long but I have to tell you he and his team are WORTH THE WAIT! The entire team was really professional. They did a full demolition in less than a day and left the bathroom in pristine condition at the end of the day. Wow!!! I've worked with other contractors that took 3 days to do a room less than half the size as this one, so when I tell you they were off to an impressive start, that's an understatement. But what they offered was way above what others did in one very important aspect. They promised to remain on the job until it was finished. And they did! Yasel and his team were a pleasure to work with. We needed a full gut renovation on our master bath and it had been difficult to find a reliable/quality contractor in miami. Yasel came out and we walked through the scope of work together and the timeline. One nice thing about yasel is that he uses read receipts with text messages so it’s easy to tell when he has read your messages. Once I was ready to start the job his team came out and began demo work and consistently arrived on time. They did a great job preparing for the demo to limit the amount of dust. During the construction phase we added a few changes to the scope (including some minor repairs we needed) and Yasel was able to accommodate us quickly at a reasonable price.
