SRC Construction

On July 31, 2024, I contracted S.R.C Construction LLC, owned by Christopher Watson, for a concrete installation in my backyard and driveway, totaling $7,700, which included a two-year warranty. Shortly after the installation, within two to three weeks, I noticed cracks forming in several areas of the concrete. I promptly contacted Mr. Watson to address these issues, and while he assured me that he would return to resolve them, he has not yet followed through. I also took the initiative to reach out to Dave, the owner of Piedmont Concrete, based on the information provided by Mr. Watson. Dave visited my home to assess the job and confirmed that the work was improperly done, citing the absence of joint expanders. What is the point of having a warranty if you aren't going to honor it?
