We recently had the SRI team complete extensive testing, improvements, and installation of air sealing, duct sealing, and insulation upgrades at Somerset, and I cannot say enough great things about the experience. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. The testing process was detailed and transparent, and they clearly explained what improvements were needed and why. Initial consultation today. Steve and Jason were very professional, knowledgeable, straightforward, explained several options, and answered my many questions patiently. Used technology to evaluate current insulation. Steve was refreshingly honest about what he thought would work and what may not work as well, what they could do and what would need a different service provider. Great first impression, not rushed or pressured.

Jason and Tobias took good care of getting some HVAC parts sealed and then blew in insulation. They were efficient, friendly, and knowldgeable. It is nice to see some young guys in the trades working hard- and smart. Neither guy fell through the drywall and all work was completed nicely, so I'd say it was a two thumbs up experience!

Had 5 inches blown insulation in my attic, now I have 14 inches! They even took care of the paperwork for the PSO Rebate program! Will use them again for other things! Their employees were very nice and considerate!

The guys came in and were quick and efficient! Also very polite. The quote was acceptable and the company also did the application process for PSO rebate for me. Thank you!
