Just had a truck on-site ready to pour and I get a call from yet a different guy at "dispatch" saying truck has to be pulled because they can't mix their concrete with other concrete. now I'm left with an unfinished job! Dispatch is a mess. Never on time. Don't ask the right questions. These guys are for small projects. If you value time and customer service, stay away from these guys. READ THE REVIEWS. I SHOULD HAVE AND WENT WITH THE RELIABLE COMPANY.

Custom-Crete will not call to verify if project is still going to be done prior to sending trucks. And they will charge your credit or debit card regardless if you canceled the order prior to the date of project. They have horrible service apart from the fraudulent charges they will run on your card. Their concrete is the most expensive of all custom Crete trucks in town and the poorest in quality. I would never recommend using custom Crete! I would literally recommend you batch by hand from Home Depot Crete bags before calling them. Their dispatcher is rude and disrespectful even though he can barely speak English properly.

On Tuesday, June 28th at approximately 11:08am directly in front of the entrance of Custom-Crete at 4433 Terry O Lane, Austin, TX 78745 a red Peterbilt truck with Texas plate 1L81256 threw rocks from their unprotected load directly at my car as they drove entirely too fast into the entrance of Custom-Crete. This caused multiple small cracks to my windshield. I immediately pulled into the business and asked the first person I saw where I could speak with a manager. I was pointed to the back where two employees told me to speak with the truck driver. I waited and when the driver was leaving the lot I asked him to roll down his window. As soon as I began explaining what happened he laughed in my face and rolled up the window refusing to even speak with me. From the parking lot I then called t

Delivered concrete as advertised. The driver of the truck ripped down some power lines from the telephone poles on the way out. When the lines came down they destroyed our sign in front of our business. The driver stopped and said how sorry he was. He then helped me take a lot of pictures and got his office on the phone. Bill Heath, the General Manager of Custom-Crete was at my business 15 minutes later to assess the damage. He then told me how he did not see that any of it was his company's fault. Furthermore he told me that the only way they would help us with anything is if I sued. Then he got in his truck and left and instructed his driver to do the same. Our business was left with customers stranded in the parking lot with no way to exit as the power lines were blocking them from exit
