SRM Concrete

Was a little nervous based on some old reviews but got to give credit to Austin ( driver) who made my job easy pouring a patio. My project was small but he did an outstanding job helping me. Thx for the great service

Im not one to leave “reviews” but after seeing that this company is rated with one star I feel I need to. I have used this company numerous times in the past and again today and as always was very pleased this is the third time that the driver has actually gotten out and helped me with the concrete work which is not their job and I don’t even ask. They are always very polite and respectful to both me and my property. This company deserves way better than the one star its been given.

Had something fall off their truck and hit my truck and busted out my grill. I pulled over to check out the damage and the driver hit his brakes like he was gonna stop. Once I got out and checked out my truck he took off. I tried to find him but he was long gone. I called Darby and was transferred 3 times and ended with the secretary. She was VERY RUDE. I had explained what happened to 2 other workers their and all I needed was the number to their insurance company which she did not want to give to me. She asked me how I knew it was them. Well when you have a giant white cement truck that says Darby concrete it's not hard to figure out! I've spoke with others who have had the same issue and never even got so much as an apology, which I didnt either.

Your driver came into my lane on 127 in the double passing lanes. Instead of using a blinker or even so much as looking to see if there were any cars in the left lane he just came right on over forcing me to swerve into the on coming traffic lane and hit my brakes. Then he slammed on his brakes to make a last minute turn. Luckily nobody was behind me so I was able to use the side of the road to avoid a collision. I had my young child in the back seat taking him to school. This is unacceptable!! If your driver dosent know where he is going or how to drive a large cement truck he shouldn't be driving. I drive a small car and he could have easily caused a wreck and killed my child or myself!

Their truck dropped something off it and the object hit the grill on my daughters truck and broke it when she called darbys the secretary told her to call the insurance company and tell them ,what made matters worse was she made the suggestion it may not have been their truck and with a condescending attitude! "It's hard not to see the name Darby concrete on the truck" so in the end I have to buy a new grill "Not a happy dad"
