Tom, the plant manager/main dispatcher, made ordering concrete the easiest process possible. He always answers with a smile in his voice, and consistently will provide guidance anytime we need it. We needed 40 yards past close, and he got us taken care of. I couldn’t say enough about the whole experience. Thank you to the drivers and anyone else involved. Don’t look anywhere else for concrete in Muncie!
