Ordered 7 yards of 3000 psi fiber mesh to be delivered in Fernandina at 1pm. At 1:15pm there was no truck and called the office. They told me then that they were running behind and my truck wasn't even on the way yet but was getting loaded. at 2:30pm I called back and was told the driver just left 15 mins ago. Truck finally shows up a little after 3pm and we ended up having to finish the concrete in the dark. I asked for a portion of my money back and was told to talk to Andy. When i called him he said he would have to get permission from above and i waited a day to call hime back. Upon calling him back i was told there was nothing he could. This happens everyday. So every day this time sensitive material is running late from here and every day they just over book their schedule and no one
