SRM Concrete

Well, they hit the telephone line that ripped off the (see picture). They said a random person on the job site signed a standard form they have for completion of the job. They said that waived their liability to the damage. I would give them negative stars if that was an option. Apparently, asking the actual homeowner to sign a form or explaining the form to a random person is too much. I mean why not ask someone that doesn’t even speak English or wasn’t even there. Same difference. Well, someone somewhere said that there was no damage so… We have 1/2 a dozen spectators that said you did it and pics but, at the end of the day, it’s easier to just get my own person to fix it and warn people about this company.

Great experience. After being quoted preposterous numbers by smaller contractors, SRM was able to get me a small batch of mud delivered to my backyard for a great price. I was treated with the same respect that I'd expect a huge client to be treated. The driver was kind and helpful too. I wouldn't hesitate to call these guys for my concrete needs again!

10$ cheaper a yard , good helpful drivers , good mud !
