SRM Concrete

Our first time pouring a slab with a concrete truck and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The people in the office taking calls were all very professional and very helpful. They guided me into the right direction by me simply explaining what I was wanting to do. They told me how much I would need, what kind, and gave other advice for prepping the area prior to. They came just a few minutes early and the driver was amazing. I wish I would’ve gotten names. He watched and worked with us, filling in areas that we needed. We didn’t even have to tell him, he was on top of it! Once we were done, he cleaned out the remaining mix in a very small area, out of the way and did it very quickly. By far the worst company I have ever done business with, over the years their concrete mix has become inconsistent, the office staff locally and corporate staff are by far some of the rudest, unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. One of their drivers literally drove and crashed into our GA Buggy knocking it completely over in the road, they refused to provide insurance information for a claim to have it fixed professionally as they had us drop it off to them and they “claimed” to fix but funny thing is I had to buy parts and send them down there and they said it was fixed, next concrete pour the hydraulic hose blew off burning one of our guys. Been round and round trying to just ask for Insurance information and we will go through them to get it fixed the correct way, but still con
