SRM Concrete

I used SRM for concrete service for a house slab in Crescenty city. Wes from the Palatka plant provided us great service through out the day. 160 yards which is 16 trucks. Spaced out 15 minutes apart. Highly recommend them. I also contacted Jose, in Jacksonville, to set all this up. Both are great people to deal with. Thank you SRM.

So my concrete guy used this company for my project. The first time they sent the wrong type of truck for my terrain and it got stuck. It was stuck for hours and after they finally got it out of the ruts it made in my yard, they were told to take the mud back and we didn't want it. This must have angered SRM because they made us wait at least 2 hours for our last truck which caused a cold joint. Fast forward to today. We poured the apron out front of my building. They delayed our last truck again! And again, I have a cold joint. This company thinks it's too big and doesn't have to answer to the little people well we'll see about that. Avoid them at all costs. If you have to pay more for another company do it.

First time sending a truck to the plant in St. Augustine, we had an issue with the air bags on the flatbed trailer and the guys there helped us out. They repositioned the barricades they had loaded earlier and helped us tie them back down. I want to say thank you to the employees at the SRM plant located in St. Augustine.

Had to purchase a large quantity of 57 stone for undrain project in St. Augustine. Staff was very helpful and professional. I highly recommend. Thankyou..
