SRM Concrete

Just got off the phone with their representative about my order I had with them yesterday. We can start off with them being almost an hour late. Time is crucial when you have calcium chloride in the mix. Concrete comes in with chunks, they had to add water to the mix more than 4 times in the first 20 minutes. Guy tries to argue it was already at a 5” slump. Pictures attached of what they think a 5” slump is. I send them back and instead the guy begins to argue he will make it work with more water. On the phone with the representative they said this guy is their best guy in the state. Laughable to say the least. Terrible company and quality of product. They decided they wouldn’t reschedule my order, even after trying to give them a second chance they continue to argue what I have attached i

Comes in at 2” slump maximum, chunks of concrete already present. Not to mention almost an hour late to site. After trying to send back they add a ton of water to make it work then decide they will not be refunding after sending them back. Terrible quality of product
