SRM Concrete

SRM truck driver Dallas from Wilder Ky. was extremely helpful getting every drop down the chute when we looked a little short. He was friendly, engaged and energetic, a credit to SRM for sure! Also thanks to Pete for the mix recommendations which worked perfectly.

Whether we have a truck come to the site or we go there and pick up, SRM is always friendly, professional, and very seldom have any problem. For our work the telescopic chutes aren't our favorite, but the drivers always help out. They also have various mixes we can use depending on our work.

I calculated the concrete needed for a job... called... and then they also calculated the amount for the job, when the truck can put it did literally HALF the amount SRM and I calculated. The driver at SRM confirmed the dimensions when he was onsite... there’s no way the truck had the amount on it that it said it had. The guy on the phone was argumentative and adamant that t was impossible that they could have made a mistake... but the situation proves otherwise. I have no idea what they did, but I got shorted. If I were you I’d be careful and maybe call around to a more reputable company. The only bright spot is they got another truck out (they said it would take 30 min, it took about an hour.... but we were able to salvage the job and be done with it.

VERY understaffed, but if you work with Joe he will help you out. He’s so helpful and always has a good attitude.

Not pleased with their concrete or their customer service.
