SRS Building Products

I utilize SRS in Austin to supply my jobs in the Austin area. I also send a trailer to pick up materials from this location for materials needed for my San Antonio jobs. I have been placing roofing orders with this SRS location since 2015 and the staff is very thorough with my material orders.

These guys are fabulous, great customer service. They are a well oiled machine. Everyone knows their part and they're good at it. My first experience with Travis roofing. I called in my order outside which is the protocol. I then waited for my order over 25 minutes. I then called and reminded the front desk about my order. The problem came when the forklift driver delivering the material came. He had a attitude with me. Looked me dead in my eyes, leaned over in the forklift and stuck his neck out and said, "here is your order!! " he was very assertive and he had a look in his face where he wanted fight if I were to say anything back to him. I thought it could of been because I called the office to remind them my order isn't out yet and it's been almost 30 minutes. That's all I can think of. Friendly staff. Easy in and out . Respectful people always offering a better deal. Incredible new roof they take time and appreciate your concerns and opinions I would recommend them to anyone.

The Ladies upfront are GREAT!. They went the extra mile to help me figure out exactly what model my shingle was despite the age of the roof. DO NOT GO anywhere else for your roofing needs.
