Karl has always been great very knowledgeable and helpful. Carla is nice and helpful in the front counter.
Called 20 minutes before my arrival to place my order, and had to wait for an hour just to get 2 bundles of shingles and replacement pipe gaskets. I would not be as irritated if i hadnt seen MULTIPLE vehicles come in and get their orders and leave. Normally a great place for roofing supply and also normally ALOT faster than this. I hope this does not happen again.
SRS is great but please update your hours at this branch. Drove an hour to return extra materials on a saturday because it said this one was open.
Went to match siding, salesperson was very helpful, and found a color match for me. The product is in stock and in large supply. Finally found a match after four other distributors! Thanks!
Tony in the Kitchen department was very knowledgeable and quite helpful in finalizing our design
