Great customer service and selection. I wanted to be able to see the actual CertainTeed Pro Max Def shingle colors in person. Called the Loxley location and was referred to see Preston in Mobile. Preston not only walked us through the samples and differences of the items, he provided a large sample for me to keep and match to others items and f the build (gutters, trim, stain). PRESTON AND ADVANCED ARE A GREAT RESOURCE!
What appears to be an untrained staff, lead by incompetent management. Product ordered was not only delivered late but also incorrect and incomplete. Will not be using this location again.
Avoid this place at all costs , never again in my life.Rude and no military discount.
Awesome experience with unloading. They got me empty about as soon as i was unstraped.
Unloaded quickly, little hard to get in and out due to traffic.
