I am a contractor in Georgia and I made a huge mistake by choosing to purchase shingles for a clients roof from SRS. After making the purchase, my client changed her mind about the shingles she wanted. I paid with cash, but getting a refund is going to take a minimum of 3 weeks. My client would love to get her new roof installed, seeing as how she has been fighting with her insurance company for months. It's clear that customer service means nothing to SRS. I would not recommend them for a damn thing. One more thing.... when I called to get a quote, I was told $118 / square. I was purchasing 21 squares and charged $3,068. After leaving and thinking about it I did the math and realized I was charged $137 / square. When I called about the discrepancy I was told that prices changed on the 1s

They have some lazy employees. you have to be on them to do their job. I went to deliver some products, I got there an hour before they opened. They had their drivers loaded and ready to go make their daliy delivers and they told me where to go and wait till they opened. When they opened, I went to check in, let them know I was there. They told me to wait, they left me there for an hour and half. You get 2 stars because it took less than 15 minutes to finish unloading.

Contractors and Businesses LISTEN UP! They will not allow you to dump there anymore even though the company you work for makes them a lot of money everyday. It was never like this for years up until now. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO WHERE THEY WILL ALLOW YOU TO DUMP AND BUY THE SAME MATERIAL FOR THE SAME PRICE!
