Our small business appreciates the staff at SRS for consistently providing material and top notch customer service starting with our Sales Rep, Eddie. We have known Eddie for years and would not be where we are without his expertise. The office staff has been outstanding when we are placing orders and when we have questions about inventory. The truck drivers and loaders do a great job with deliveries.

Great people! Josh and his partner (sorry I didn’t catch your name) came in on Sunday to bail me out of a horrible mistake I made. Not only did they get me what I had forgot to pick up Friday they added the items we completely never ordered. Thanks Josh for going the extra mile. You make my job so much easier

My experience with SRS Building Supplies has been nothing short of exceptional! Very satisfied with their people, they let me take my time getting frozen tarps off and rolled up and helped me put tarps back on truck. The forklift operator was smooth and didn't beat up my trailer, the young lady in the office was helpful and got my paperwork done in a timely fashion.

Absolute worst experience with a sales rep Eddie overstepping their boundaries and meeting with my client and trying to move them to another contractor he was friends with.. I do not recommend SRS for your Roofing and business needs , sharing of client information is inexcusable.
