These people have the worst customer service they don’t bother to help you when you go in there. They ignore you when you try to return something after doing $60,000 in sales do not purchase from them. They will cause nothing but problems. Not to mention that delivery date sent for me and then they lied and said one of their trucks broke down after I complained to my salesman they showed up with two trucks that were perfectly fine and loaded my roof

All the people helped us very well. They were prompt. Very polite and their products. They have a lot of products to pick from

Their trucks are annoying, always park in the reservoir’s turn lane all days, blocking the turns. Next time I am going to call cops.

I did encounter a minor issue upon installation, but the team at Roofline sprang into action and sent out a driver right away to rectify the situation. The people in the office are amazing and quick. Unfortunately, this is offset by the guys working in the warehouse. They are extremely slow and unhelpful. Seems like they are hiding somewhere or avoiding customers. Compared to the other JB Warehouse locations, the pomona location will consume a lot of your time.
