They say they close at 4 but don’t even bother to check if it’s 15 to 4. Very lazy employees with no work ethic.

Our specialist is Needham, he contacted me in 2021. We have worked with him since and his great with helping and communicating with my husband getting the materials we need for our Roofing business. Highly recommend! Update. We no longer recommend Needham and Tristan . Maybe something came up or etc. I don't like leaving bad reviews but the positive experience I had with them no longer exist. Sad to say, we found them both to be excellent in the beginning . Needham was our go to specialist and reached out to me first and we decided to go with him . Constantly trying to get materials remains as a headache. Will have to find another distributor now. Going to move on to Builders Discount Center instead.

Great people with great customer service. Needed some roofing shoes and they had exactly what I was looking, with options. Very accommodating and went above and beyond especially surprised since I came so close to closing time. They have a very nice family vibe in there and I would recommend them to anyone who is thinking about doing business with them.
