CUSTOMER BEWARE - CONTRACTOR BEWARE! Never assume anyone in this organization knows what they are doing. You will have to be involved in every step of the process. Too many issues to list but I will try and recap my experience regarding my kitchen remodel. 1. They delivered wrong product (NOT ONCE, NOT TWICE, BUT NUMEROUS TIMES). 2. They do not inspect like they say they do to make sure your order is correct before shipping. 3. They rely on you to provide them with what is still on back-order. 4. They do not equip the driver with tools to unload product or someone to help. 5. Dealt with three people because of high turnover and everyone blaming each other. 6. Trell at Kohl Building Products walked me through how to get a sash replaced. It’s been years since I had a contractor replace my windows but the warranty covers replacement, so when one sash got cloudy, a call to Trell solved the problem. They even over-exceeded my expectations! Originally they said the replacement sash would take 5 months and it was delivered in 2 1/2 months! Good dealing with you guys! Thank you!

Very pleased with company. Counter was very helpful took the time with my dimensions in order to get the right amount of product and reason for review that iam very pleased with the delivery service while was at work they placed all the product in rear yard under the roof being rain was in forcast. thankyou
