As a contractor, I discovered JB Wholesale Roofing and Building Supplies through a Google search for roofing materials and decided to source my materials from them instead of Ganahl or Home Depot. However, I was disappointed by the lack of customer service skills at the location. While Hendrickson, the sales agent who assisted me with my purchase, was helpful with my list of items, he was dismissive when I asked to see a product they stocked and simply stated that it was located all over the yard. Additionally, I found it unusual that they charged a 3% gratuity fee for the items I purchased. When I returned a drip edge, a roll of torch down, a box of nails, and a bundle of shingles a few days later, I encountered Jimmy Kim.
