They delivered roofing material to my house and left deep scratches in the driveway. No response on them fixing it though, surprise. They want to destroy your property but don't want to come out of pocket to make it right!
Foster Rd., formerly Clarence Tinker, has always been good to us. Branch manager, Micheal Faltot, runs a very contractor-friendly ship, they are very customer service oriented facility. Our rep, Dawson Krier, always goes above and beyond to service us and ensure smooth deliveries and great pricing. Thank you SRS for always taking care of Rox Roofing.
Delivery drivers, from General Hudnell drive turn left onto Clarence Tinker. First parking lot on right. Check in office at 7:00am
This store always takes good care of us. They treat us
Unloading: Very inefficient at unloading. Ask prior to taking a load coming here, 3 to 4 hrs waiting, ridiculous such big business with only one forklift operator dedicated to unloading only. Someone with better efficient managing skill should run this distribution center.
