We had new hardy siding, a class 4 roof and natural stone masonry added around a window to replace old faux window shutters. S & S contractor, Stephen was easy to communicate with throughout the processes. The different crews were highly skilled and respectful, protecting delicate plants, efficient and keeping all spaces cleaned as they proceeded. Each job turned out beautiful. We couldn’t be more pleased and have gotten many compliments from the neighbors. We wholeheartedly recommend this company and will use them again.

Ripped out old carpet and continued wood flooring into the bedrooms. Used same flooring as the living area to continue into the bedrooms. Blend with old flooring is seamless, looks like it’s always been there. Excellent quality and excellent results.

Our detached wood-sided garage needed numerous boards replaced/repaired. Stephen was able to meet with us the same day I contacted him. He gave us a very reasonable and thoughtful estimate. The problem areas were repaired, and the entire garage was repainted over a two-day period. S&S Express Services did a fabulous job. I highly recommend S&S Express Services.

Stephen, the owner of S&S Express Services, was prompt, diligent and thorough when assessing and repairing our roof leak. He worked tirelessly with our insurance company to get maximum benefits for all necessary repairs to our roof which included new roofing shingles, replacement of gutters and installing leaf guards. He insisted that all fascia, chimneys, soffits, dormers, doors, pool equipment building etc. were properly painted or stained. He’s a perfectionist and makes sure the customer is always happy. He hires good people who work hard and do a great job. We were on vacation during some of the time they were working at our house.
