Met me within ten minutes of the call and dropped the price for being patient for someone in training! really helpful and did the job quicker than I expected very sweet people would definitely call again for any lock trouble I have in the future :) I would say he was also very patient with his new trainee and respectful in teaching him! The locksmith was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. Everything worked perfectly before they left. Fast service, fair pricing, and zero hassle. Highly recommend.

I had an unfortunate accident and lost my key fob and they came out super fast and got me a new one! SnS locksmith was an absolute lifesaver! They got to my car quickly, they were done within 10 minutes, were able to program a key for me. And even gave my daughter a key/keychain to hold onto, so she doesn’t take and lose mine anymore! I recommend them 100%

I had an appointment scheduled for today and was confirmed this morning. I traveled over an hour to get there, only to find the store locked. I called the number provided, and the person told me he was running late from another appointment without any prior notice, no call, no text. He said he would arrive in 30 minutes, so I waited. Another 30 minutes passed, still no sign, no update. I called again and was told he was just a few minutes away. 10 mins after he shows up not even an apology. If you’re going to be an hour late, at the very least, communicate with your client. It’s frustrating and unprofessional to be kept waiting without any notice especially after traveling a long distance. Very disappointing experience.
