Terrible experience. I made an appointment to have the thermocouple replaced on my gas fireplace. When the tech showed up, he didn't do anything except relight the pilot light. He didn't have the thermocouple on him to do the work. Recommended getting an entirely new system, and said he would send an estimate with 3 different options for level of work to be done. Charged me $125 for nothing and said he would send the invoice with the estimates. A week later I still had not received any emails. I had to call them twice, just to get them to send me something. When I finally got it, all it said was $125 service charge and estimate $2500 for new fireplace. I replied back and requested some details, and never heard back.
