We’ve had an excellent experience working with this SS Service Corp. Their team is consistently punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They communicate clearly, show up when they say they will, and complete work efficiently without cutting corners. Pricing is always fair and transparent, which we really appreciate for ongoing service at a commercial office complex. They’ve helped us with routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and urgent repairs, and every time they’ve been responsive and dependable. It’s rare to find a contractor you can truly trust, but they’ve proven they’re the best option for managing our HVAC needs. Highly recommended!

Very happy with Luke’s work! He got me out of a huge bind restoring my heat on the coldest week of the year. He spent the extra time to do a thorough check of the rest of my system after fixing the initial problem. Very professional!

ZACK from start to finish was excellent (he came out to assess the problem and do the estimate). Knowing we were comparing services and prices he worked with us without compromising SS Service or us. Was not the least bit offended knowing he was going up against other companies. He stood behind the quality of the work he knew his company did. We were also given choices knowing that in the midst of a pandemic most businesses (most likely including their own) may have lost huge chunks of revenue. In the end, presenting me with choices meant I will save money on the back end instead of just fixing what was broken they also looked ahead to what my summer might be like! I was driving down rt 24 southbound when a SS Service Corp driver nearly side-swiped me Looking in my rearview mirror,I saw the driver flip me off I slowed down to see the company information and lisence plate information. The driver continued to make obscene gestures as he refused to try to pass me. it wasn't until I almost stopped on the on ramp to 495 southbound to catch the drivers company information. if his behavior behind the wheel is any reflection on your professionalism it may give a more clear idea of the existing rating you already have.
