St Charles Kitchens & Baths

I am so happy with the bathroom remodel done by St. Charles Kitchen and Bath. From start to finish the project was done to my satisfaction and in such a timely manner. I was kept informed during the entire process. My design specialist, Keith, was so helpful in helping to select products to fit my home and lifestyle. The workers Devon and Luis were prompt, courteous, professional and so tidy. The house is 95 yrs old and the bath room was last remodeled in the 1990’s. I expected some ‘hiccups’ in the demo and reno process, and was very happy with their attention and correction of the problem. I have a gorgeous bathroom that’s absolutely perfect for me. St. Charles Kitchen and Bath's design along with K-Build's construction transformed our kitchen into everything that we hoped for. They reconfigured our pantry to give us a more open concept along with all new cabinets, countertops, and backsplash makes our home feel new. All of the workers started promptly each morning and they consistently let us know about their accomplishments and what work would be done next. Installation, set up, and painting were top notch. We highly recommend them.

We received a kitchen upgrade and couldn’t be happier with the work that was provided. From start to finish the upgrade went smoothly. Luis and Devon that completed the upgrade were outstanding workers and did a fantastic job. Jim completed the upgrade by painting the kitchen and also did an excellent job. Keith our salesman came by almost every morning to check on the progress and answer any questions we had. My wife and I would highly recommend St. Charles Kitchen and Bath.

Where to start. We went to SCK&B because of a previous poor remodel. They assured us that they would be better. Not so. A 7-10 day shower took 2 months of disruption and stress...and still has issues! Their first attempted installation was to the point it had to be redone per their own suggestion. We whole heartedly agreed. They had sent out a crew where the lead man had less than 1 year experience. Not really versed in the nuances of construction. Uneven grout lines, chipped tiles, uneven tiles and grout on the ceiling to the point the whole thing needed to repainted! Plus Much Much More. When I questioned them about some of the material being used, I was told the good stuff was only used in Clayton or Ladue???? The second attempt was better but had it's own set of issues. The sh

Thank you for a beautiful kitchen! Having a waterfall edge on our peninsula has been on our wish list for quite some time and thanks to St. Charles Kitchens & Baths our wish has been granted. The K-Build crew, Nate, Devin and Luis, were great. So prompt, courteous, respectful and professional. They did amazing work for us. And the countertop fabricator, Jay? All I can say is wow!
