St. Croix Energy Solutions did an excellent job. They insulated the attic and crawlspace and behind the shower, and installed an automatic vent in the bathroom to combat an issue with moisture buildup. The windows in my house weren't covered in condensation this morning for the first time since moving in. There isn't cold air seeping up from the crawlspace, making the floor uncomfortably cold. One of the crew told me that they tested air leakage before and after. The reading was 660 before, and (I think he said) 245 after. Reducing leaks by almost 2/3 is great, especially since I know that the windows and doors are drafty and need replacing too. Aaron was great at communicating with me. Insulation Energy Solutions did a blower door test before and after the work on our Hammond home. The reduction in air leakage was impressive. It’s nice to have actual data showing that the work they did made a difference.

Aaron gave us an honest and fair quote after two other contractors had oversold or misled. He is great to work with and a true professional. We added baffles in the attic, air sealing fixtures and attic hatch, and added cellulose insulation. Mitch and his crew went above and beyond and were fast and polite. They also took extra time to clean up after and all around a great experience. They will also help with paperwork necessary for potential energy rebates. Aaron Riendeau of St. Croix Energy Solutions came to our property to do an energy audit. His report was very informative and he helped us understand the underlying reasons for an issue we were experiencing that no one else had been able to figure out yet. We were so impressed with our interactions and felt confident in their experience and knowledge that we proceeded to do three insulation projects with them. The team who came out to the do work were personable and professional, they were clearly hard workers and did a great job. They did a thorough job cleaning up after each project as well which I greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend them.

We worked with Aaron at St. Croix Energy Solutions to install new attic insulation and insulation in a portion of our garage. They were so easy to work with and were clearly educated regarding the insulation installation. They were easy to communicate with when it came to getting a quote and the install date itself. They were on time and respected our space by using drop cloths and cleaning up thoroughly after they were done. And to top it off, their quote beat other local insulation installers by several hundred dollars - and the competitors' quotes included less install space but was more expensive than SCES. I would recommend their services to anyone.
